About New Angle Designs
New Angle Designs of Cape Cod, MA founded in 2010 by owner and principal designer Kathy Coady, had been a dream of Kathy’s for years. After working in the high-end retail furniture industry, Kathy realized her passion was in providing design solutions. She started New Angle Designs independently out of her home. Today, the company includes a full team of designers, backed by extensive education and experience, working in a studio in Yarmouthport.

Kathy Coady, ASID, Principal Designer
Kathy Coady received a degree in interior design from The Chamberlayne School of Design in Newton, MA. Her extensive travels have given her the opportunity to observe many cultures and lifestyles around the world. For 15 years, she worked in high-end retail furniture industry and was a top producer for premier companies in Metro Boston and on Cape Cod.
Kathy’s background includes both residential, commercial projects and all aspects of interior design. Additionally, Kathy is an experienced project manager who has overseen construction projects both large and small. She enjoys traveling, the arts, and spending time with her family and dog along the beautiful shores of Cape Cod Bay. Kathy is a member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod, which recognized her with the BRICC award in 2013 for the Best Living Room Design. Kathy is also a member of the American Society of Interior Design and the Interior Design Society.
Susan Foss, interior designer
Susan graduated in 2004 from Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She worked in hospitality design at
Elias Design Group in New York City for 5 years. Some of her projects included the Brooklyn Marriott, New York Hilton, and many hotels in the Sofitel and Novotel brands.
In 2009 Susan was a sale representative for premier brands of fabrics, furniture, wall covering and rugs to designers in the New York City area where she gained valuable knowledge. It is this experience Susan brings to each and every project today. Susan moved to Cape Cod with her husband in 2011 to start a family and has 2 beautiful young daughters.
Joining New Angle Designs in 2015 Susan brings experience, and a true passion for design. It is her attention to details that sets her apart as she works with clients to help bring their vision to life.
